Guidelines for Proposal Submission
- Abstracts are submitted as attachment to the e-mail address: info@sig16.uoi.gr or, in case you experience problems with it,
pmisaili@cc.uoi.gr
- Accepted papers will be allotted 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion
- Symposia will be allotted 1.5 hours
- The exhibition of posters will be allotted 2 hours. Each poster will be allotted 5 minutes for oral presentation

Paper and Poster Proposals
Paper and Poster proposals must include:
- The title of the contribution
- Name(s), affiliation(s), address and email addresses of contributors
- Preference for a paper or poster presentation
- A short abstract of no more than 250 words
- An extended summary of 700 - 1,000 words, detailing the aims, methodology, findings and significance of the study

Symposium Proposals
Symposium proposals must include:
- A convener/chair, a discussant, and 3 to 5 presentations
- The title of the symposium
- The name(s) and institutional affiliation(s) of the convener(s) and discussant(s).
- An abstract of the symposium of no more than 250 words
- The title of each contribution
- The name(s) and institutional affiliation(s) of all contributing authors, with the presenter's name underlined for each contribution separately
- An abstract for each contribution in the symposium of no more than 250 words
- Complete address of the convener, discussant, and presenting author of each contribution, including e-mail address
- Please use the paper/poster proposal form to submit individual paper proposals for symposia.

- The official language of the conference is English

Important Notices
- All proposals will be reviewed by a committee of SIG members and a notice of acceptance will be sent. Depending on the number of proposals we may ask you to change the format of the presentation
- All presenters - symposium convener(s) and discussants included - need to pay the early registration fee so that their proposal(s) is included in the programme and Abstract Book
- Presenters may have up to 2 presentations, either paper or poster
