The Meeting organizers have established special rate agreements at a select group of hotels in the city of Ioannina. You must contact the hotels directly to reserve a room. Please note that space is limited and that May is a high tourist season in Ioannina, so the earlier you make your reservation, the better.

Hotel Booking Directions

To make a reservation with one of the listed hotels, please follow the steps below:

1. Make your reservation directly with one of the hotels via fax, telephone or mail and provide them the following information:

First and last name
Arrival and departure dates
Type of room requested (single, double, triple occupancy, smoking or non-smoking)
Major credit card number including expiration date.

2. To get advantage of the special room prices, you must inform the hotel that you are participating at the EARLI Special Interest Group (SIG)16 - Metacognition Meeting.

All other hotels in the list are located in the city centre and are within a 10-minute drive from the Meeting venue.
